Press Release Regarding the Imprisonment Sentence Imposed on the Elected President of Egypt, Mr. Morsi

We express our deep concern and condemn the life-imprisonment sentence issued against Mr. Morsi, who had been democratically elected as the President of Egypt and has been under arrest since 2013. We believe that this verdict will not contribute to Egypt’s peace and stability.
